Next, define the smallest useful set of metrics. A focused scorecard is easier to trust, maintain, and explain than a wall of numbers. Pair each metric with an owner and a clear action for when it changes.
Finally, build a feedback loop. Talk to the people using the analysis, remove what they do not need, and keep improving the path from signal to action.
